"So very rude staff! We went in just before Xmas so I was expecting it to be busy but there was only 2 people infront of us so we didn't mind waiting To start they put the false tips on and then I had to wait a good 20minutes for the man to come and put the acrylic stuff on and then there was 2 poor woman waiting behind me and it takes a while to do so they must of been fed up. They didn't have the colour I asked for so offered me another which I like it just wasn't the one they had on show. I asked for a snowflake on two fingers but first I asked the price and she couldn't tell me how much they charge for nail art. The snowflakes are okay but not great not what I've seen on Instagram posts so was abit disappointed. She did one wrong and why I asked her to correct it her and the man just kept saying they won't be identical which I said okay but you can't smudge it and expect it to be alright. She took it off and said I'll take it all off so I kept saying no no I would like a snowflake and she said last time and then ill take it all off. So rude! When pating £35 you expect it how you want it! She then continued to keep having to put the clear nail varnish on cos she kept messing it up. Prices don't add up! If you check the price board acrylic nails are £25 and nail art it's £3 so it should only of been £28 and they charged me £35. If they've put prices up fair enough but please change it on the board. Very rude staff."

"On entering the salon. Noone greeted us. I asked if my daughter could have short acrylics with a gel polish as shes only 10. After waiting 30 mins. The woman pointed at a chair once again not speaking I repeated what we would like. She said £38.00. Even though im aware the price should be no more than 28.00 based on friends I know who go. I said that was too much for what she wanted. The woman rudely laughed at me as she spoke to the man in their own language never spoke english. I said do not laugh at me and stop being ride. As we left the shop she continued to laugh and shout at me in her native language. I felt the price was made up as it was clear it was our first time. The shop wasnt clean at all. Dirt and dust everywhere with broken chairs. Their customer service is non exsistent and a very very poor experience esp for my daughter who sadly was left dissapointed."

"Absolutely disgusted with these people! Went in to pay £35 for a set of nails and I’d expect them to be how I wanted, then he cut my thumb nail too short so I asked him to replace it and the man and woman started shouting at me! Then he ragged my arm through the hole very violently and he hurt me, so I have now reported him to the police for the assault"

"I went in and it was a 3 hour wait to get my nails done. The staff was very rude and ignorant towards me and my sister. Also, 2 of my nails dropped off the day after I had them done. Then after 1 week they all came off. I do not recommend this nail salon and I will tell everyone I know not to get their nails done at this place. I will never be visiting this salon again. Absolutely disgusting if you ask me."
