"I went into this store for a pair of sandals and was served by a guy who could not have been anymore helpful. I went for my usual size and when I put them on he immediately told me to try a size smaller and he was absolutely right. Then I picked up a pair of trainers which I tried on and he advised me to try a different pair, no difference in price. I did and once again he was right and about the correct size. Normally in a shoe shop you just get handed with what you have asked for and left to get on with it. If this has been the case here I would have come out with the wrong size in sandals and probably without trainers. So nice to have pleasant and helpful staff."
