"Really unhappy with the service I received at Mirror Mirror. At first visit, although polite, the hair dresser didn’t ask me what colour I wanted my highlights and did guess work, this resulted in a darker colour then expected. Not only this, they were done to an average standard and I noticed little difference. After ringing up to request a consultation to fix the issue, I was returned with an agitated response but we agreed a time. Upon the visit, they were extremely rude and didn’t seem to see my point of view at all. They couldn’t fit me in for an appointment until a month later and were going to charge me for it. In the end I went to another hairdressers who could see the issue with my hair at first glance. Really unhappy with the service and quality provided especially after giving them an opportunity to improve the situation."
