"Had a wisdom tooth removed this morning by Dr Oke. Both he and his assistant were reassuring, caring and kept me informed throughout the process. It was absolutely the best ever experience I have had at a dentist. The receptionist was efficient. ."

"Receptionist was lovely but I can't not leave a poor review. Emailed yesterday to cancel given the birth of my daughter, but received a delivery failure as their stated email address is not valid. As a result was told I won't be getting my deposit back, and to rebook another £30 would be needed..."

"I have been at this dentist from when it first opened, I use to see flora she was amazing never had a bad appointment, I recently have been seeing Nadia I have a fear of dentist so I went with a chip tooth she attempted to fix it, didn’t work I had an appointment to go back but I cancelled it as I had Covid, then I had a chest infection and cough virus so cancelled again. I was given another appointment and told to keep ringing for cancellations, which I have been. Called again and said I didn’t have an appointment I said I do 9th may at 3 I have the text here, the receptionist said oh someone should have phoned you it’s on ur notes to contact you thAt Nadia has taken you off the register as you cancelled your appointment, I said I haven’t been yet it’s on the 9th may she said no ur last appointments I said oh would you of preferred I shared Covid with you all then or been coughing constantly which would of taken longer, when asked what I do now I was told to find another dentist my reply was you still need to fix my tooth but was told tough it won’t be done and to call back In a few months to see if they had spaces available again. So angry I said to the Receptionist no wonder you have bad reviews and she said is there anything else I can do, so rude and not even bothered was told I could pay private if I wanted, I said why pay private when I’m entitled to access the NHS I pay into it and I pay for my dentist too I don’t use the NHS for free, receptionist did not reply just said anything else. I did not reply as they are so rude and unprofessional. Keep well away and find yourself a decent dentist with more professional staff at it. 1 star is too much of a rating also but can’t do 0 stars."

"AVOID THIS PLACE. extremely rude dentist. I went in with problems with my jaw and wasn’t listened to, I was told that nothing could be done because I wasn’t wearing my mouth guard whilst sleeping throughout the night. Despite me explaining that I put the mouth guard in but I usually end up spitting it out in the night. I got quite upset as the pain is causing me to miss work and not be able to sleep. Apparently nothing can be done to help my situation. “Dr Anas Asheki” continued to clean and scale my teeth so hard that so much discomfort was caused and I bled more than I have ever experienced at a dentist before. I will not be returning."
