"Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Abysmal customer service honest to god I booked an appointment at 2:40, Karen cancelled the appointment at 2:00 - no notification, no call, text or anything at all and then booked somebody else (I assume a friend of a friend) in my place instead! I walked there, absouletly soaked top to bottom in a thunderstorm and she turns around and acts as if there was never any appointment today... as if I'm crazy, I booked the appointment at 1:20, she cancelled it at 2:00 on purpose & tried to blame it on the 'booking system' (load of bollox) when I showed her the appointment and she basically just shrugged her shoulders, carried on cutting the guys hair and pretended like she has no idea, she didn't even offer to cut my hair afterwards or at a later time today and there was literally just two people in there me and the guys hair she was cutting. Go somewhere else is my advice."
