"What a terrible haircut. Although the staff were welcoming and polite that is where the positives end. It took 1 and a half hours for a wash cut and blow dry (my hair is very short) I felt like I was having my haircut by a junior or extremely in experienced stylist. I left the salon in tears and with a short back and sides men's haircut my a feminine pixie cut which is what I normally get. I will never return and would discourage anyone from going there, I have never received such a terrible haircut in my life. At least the stylist had the decency to not charge me for it."

"I have been a customer for over 15 years and in all of this time i can honestly say that not once have i left this salon with anything but satisfaction. The staff are friendly and welcoming (which in my opinion is a must !), but most of all they are all first class hairdressers. Over the years i have often had to re-arrange my appointments at the last minute due to work commitments and this has NEVER led to a problem. Linda (the owner) has even stayed late to fulfil my appointments.........not many other establishments would do this. I would have no hesitation in recommending Smheart Hair to any of my friends - i know they would be treated with warmth and most of all, a top quality haircut ! Keep up the first class work !!"
