"As a family we were registered here and slowly 1 by 1 we have left. The lady on reception is very rude and disrespectful. My mum and dad have being trying to get appointments during lockdown being restricted, as they have suffered from severe toothache. Dad managed to get into my dentist to be treated and they couldn’t have done anything more iff they possibly tried. My mum has tried to get in for the past week and they have decided that because she hadn’t been for 8 months they were going to take her off of the register. When i have got advice from others they said i had to dispute it because they have a duty of care and cant just do that. They were rude and we as a family will not be going back to be treated like that."
