"Originally I was pretty much frustrated due to the way problems with my new car bought from Carshop recently, were addressed. I had to travel to Wakefield all the way from Leeds, that too multiple times and the waiting time in the service centre really tried my patience. There was engine warning light started indicating and it took couple of investigations for the service team to find out the exact problem. Also the rare viper was making a loud sound which was a very minor fix too. Finally, Lee, the service manager, looked personally into the issues and resolved all of them, under the warranty. I had to pay NO MONEY to get it fixed !! Moreover, I had a small accident which damaged the front suspension and other parts. It was costly to fix those and Lee went way out of the mile to explain me the fixes and guided me to get it done properly and that too, saving my money. The gesture and attention provided by Lee, made all the earlier experience wash away and I walked out of the centre as a HAPPY CUSTOMER !!"

"Extremly poor so called customer service. Purchased MOT for life, tried booking it in for MOT told to go to Halfords, then bring the receipt to them. Never mind the valeting service that comes with the MOT for life. And the fact being Disabled makes it difficult to get out and about. They couldn't care less, when selling you a car they are all over you like a rash. I have had the car 4 months and so far I have had to chase up the Eletric charging cables, problems with 2 tyres that wouldn't inflate properly, I was overcharged £10 on the Road Tax and no-one could be bothered to take an interest in rectify it. I have been lied to by the so called customer service desk and a so called Manager. The car itself was falsly advertised, claiming to have features like self parking, sat Nav, to name but two. Avoid this place at all cost. I certainly will not be going back there."

"Extremely disappointed by the poor service and the blatant fibs I was told over the phone about what my car needed to pass MOT. Unnecessary work started, with no end date in sight. Unsymathetic responses to me having to commute 2 hours to work each way without my car. I had to ring up every day to be told literally nothing had been done to the car the whole day. So glad i decided to pick up my car and go elsewhere because it passed its mot within a day. I was also left loose screws under the bonnet and was told by another mechanic that my bumper had been yanked off and precariously pushed back on! Avoid at all costs!"

"Rookie mistake...turn off the dashcam when you are servicing a car otherwise your customers can see exactly how you treat their cars. We have over 1 hour of footage which is being sent to Watchdog!! Total lack of respect for other peoples possessions. You should be ashamed of yourselves and don't deserve to be in business!!"
