"Staff were wonderful! Great customer service. Rooms were clean and well equipped with extra tea/coffee supplies available freely at the front desk. Easy to find and plenty of parking. The affiliated pub meet door was less to be desired, but it wasn't far to walk to Howich to the shops and restaurants or a taxi ride, which cost around £3.50"

"Well like others in the past it has unusable hi fi so dont up grade to Premier grade Hi Fi. The receptionist says its intermittent caused through Virgin !! Lovely staff day and night especially Adele on days and Lewis her son on nights really good for a laugh and a chat Unfortunately became to expensive as something going on at Macron ?? The Beehive supply breakfast, and that is hit and miss nice staff, but a superior breakfast to be had at Premier Stadium. Overall a lovely place to stay and yes Id return tomorrow"

"The reception staff were fantastic, bright, cheerful and polite. The room was excellent, bed was comfy and the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was first class, cooked to order and couldn't be faulted. Car park is adjacent to the hotel and no complaints. The Beehive pub next door is also great, a good range of beers and food. Would definitely return."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Reception staff on the afternoon/evening of 19/11/22 took the time to ask about our trip. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Nice little surprise selection box and Santas letter in the room. Kids loved it. Thankyou"

"Some rooms updated and some rooms still old. But still clean and comfortable room. Half decent carvery in the pub next door. Parking is free and plenty of spaces"
