"I booked Richard for a trip to Cheltenham Races, which was a Christmas present for my dad, so I wanted to make the day extra special. The service we received was absolutely first class from start to finish. Richard was so helpful in the run up to the day and always responded quickly to emails, offering advice on travel times etc. On the day, Richard arrived promptly, the car was immaculate, and refreshments had been provided, which was a great touch. The journey was very smooth, and Richard was knowledgeable about where to park, minimizing the amount of walking we had to do. At the end of the day, Richard had clearly communicated where he would be waiting for us, again, making things as easy as possible- which was especially appreciated given the weather was terrible!
