People are quick at putting their bad experiences and never take the time to put nice reviews when they receive good patient care from their gp practices. I want to take the time to show my appreciation for all the time and effort made by this practice to improve the quality of care and service they continously provide to this community. I was treated by Dr Indra today and was not only given good patient care but was treated with dignity and respect. Thank you for keep doing your best to please every single of your patients."

"Worst practice in Manchester, if you are going to register here think twice because it’s about your health, receptionist have no clue about how to do their job, appointment system is all messed up, doctors only rely on what they find online on Google!! And have no experience at all. I’m also going to make a complaint to the local council!!"

"Worst practice ever phoned up to inform them my sister died to be asked if she was a patient there, ignoring the receptionists ignorance I continued to explain the situation and request all correspondence to be stopped. The poorly trained receptionist had absolutely no idea how to deal with a bereaved patient. 3 weeks later I receive messages every day for 4 days running telling my sister to go into the practice for her “booster jab”, I then phone the practice to ask them not to send anymore messages and find out why they were sent in the first place to be told it wasn’t them it was the NHS which tbh covers them anyway however the text message clearly states park side medical center on the bottom! Upon a slight argument with the once more poorly trained and ill mannered receptionist I ask to speak to the manager in charge as I’m unhappy with how they dealt with the death of my sister to be told thank you and hung up on! Further more 24/10/2022 phone up to request these vaccination messages stop being sent to be waiting 55 mins with no answer yet they can send vaccine messages at 23:10 on a Saturday night sort your working hours out joke of a practice needs shutting down"

"Giving this place even just one star hurts to be honest. Had an appointment at 12.20, arrived at 12.15. Not seen until 13.30!!!! They also took 4 weeks to give me my blood test results. After my blood test on 6th October I waited 2 weeks for them to contact me with my results. I called them - they told me to ring another number. That number told me to ring these guys back. Turns out they had my results all along. Waited another 2 weeks for an appointment for my results, only for the doctor to call for said appointment and tell me they have no results for me. I call back to the reception desk and get told by a lady on reception that someone didn’t download my results off an email. Another appointment booked for my results. Waited til the next week to get my results finally. They are a joke operation - if you value your health, go elsewhere. It is THAT simple! Whilst I sat waiting for my appointment, 2 other patients were kicking off over medical negligence claims. I’m not surprised!!!!"
