"the food was very good especially the roasties.. was just a bit confusing on how the service worked. a waitress came to the table took our order n then we sat for 40 minutes not sure weather to wait for a green light to go up. but eventually decided to just go up. but the food more than made up for this."

"Always have a lovely meal. Staff friendly and always try and seat you quickly. They have a huge choice of veg and three meats what more could you ask for? Never had a pudding always too full plus It's cheap all round winner."

"The carvery is satisfactory. Beef was dry, Yorkshire puds were dense like a thick sponge. Vegetables had a strange sweet taste guessing frozen or tinned. I was very hungry on arrival so are it all anyway. Service was relatively slow and water served in a tatty old stained plastic jug. Much room for improvement for an 8 pound carvery where you wouldn't go back for more vegetables"
