"Overzealous and vindictive security. Tried to attend a gig with my fiancée on Friday night after proposing on our anniversary. Approached the venue laughing and smiling as we'd just got engaged. Obviously too happy for the miserable bouncer as she wouldn't let us in. Was not slurring or stumbling at all but apparently too drunk to manage the 21 steps up to the music venue. This used to be a decent pub. Sadly won't be going there again. I do hope they find some better security staff."
