"Bought a wardrobe about a year ago. Really happy with the price and quality. Hoping to buy another now for the baby room. I'm expecting the experience will be as good as the last. Update: unfortunately these wardrobes were not built to last"

"I wish we had read the other reviews we've found online before letting my 80-year old mother-in-law buy a wardrobe from this shop. She likes to support small local businesses but she will think twice after experiencing Bryants' customer service! Once assembled the wardrobe doors and sides were obviously warped and bowed... she was told by Bryants to hang some clothes in it and once it was in use, it would be fine!!!! When she asked them to come and sort it out they gave her two wedges and told her that would solve the problem - leaving her to sort it out herself! She has now had to contact the Furniture Ombudsman and we will not hesitate to take them to the small claims court if need be as my mother is obviously not the first person to be treated so badly by this company. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!"

"Very helpful staff, good and varied selection of furniture, from 3 piece suites and 2 seater sofas to recliner arm chairs and riser chairs. They also sell other furniture like dining tables and chairs, coffee tables, shelving units and so on. It's a large shop but it's not like the large open plan places, it can be a little cramped compared to the bigger companies but the make up for it in quantity, variety and quality. The prices are very reasonable too, they had a few of the same items as furniture village at much cheaper prices. In fact the chair I wanted could not be found cheaper anywhere, even through online retailers. They also offered a longer warranty than anyone else, it was 2 years but I can't say whether everything has the same or not. If for whatever reason it does break after the warranty period then they will also carry out repairs and maintenance which offers me piece of mind when making a large purchase."
