"Reported an issue in August on a sofa bought from their Denton branch, have called them almost every week since and still nothing has been solved. Booked time off work for the upholsterer and they never turned up. Customer service is terrible and not helpful at all. Asked for compensation as we've had a damaged sofa for months and they said it makes no difference to them as they already have their money from the finance company. Terrible service, are amazing on the buildup to taking your money and after that they don't do anything about the terrible quality of their products. Would not recommend."

"Asked for a tape measure, which seemed like a perfectly normal request in a sofa shop... "would you like a foot massage aswell" was the response.... how utterly ridiculous and rude, should of walked out there and then. I highly doubt a man would of received that response. Not impressed at all. 80's sale techniques "i wouldn't leave it too long" etc, wasn't born yesterday hun. Bought my last sofa here but will now never return."
