"Bacon burned and was hard sausages burned breky was ok and the box had a hole in the bottom sbthe sauce leaked out on my sister's bedding not good ... Did not get the bottle of pop that I asked for its not hard to put a bottle on pop in a bag with your food come on do better ... !! And over 1 hour n half to be delivered"

"The service upset me and my family. The order was wrong item forgotten. Instead of being reasonable and handling professionally: and recognising that the food would be even colder, having to wait the staff made me feel uncomfortable over the phone with people chelping in the background.For some reason even though I'd paid and selected them (plus fees) the blame seemed to be put on me. There was an expectation that I put up with it at first, so eat cold food after waiting for the toast and I had to make it clear you you reheat food. The respo se was rude. I was the customer. Then they agreed to send a fresh breakfast but told me I'd gad to wait but worse then text to say they would check all items at the door before handing me the breakfast I'd already paid for. It was so embarrassing and felt like a criminal. You should not tarr everyone with the same brush. Standing at my door refusing to hand over whilst the driver checked. So upset. Wont recommend. Appreciate your response. To confirm this was not a case where you didn't know the items were missing - which you explained would be the reason you checked orders. In this case ,you did know ,and chose to withhold food at my doorstep whilst a check was made. The driver then questioned where the beans and tomatoes were?. Making the situation worse as they were the box they checked. I'd given no reason and had been polite. This was not the customers error. Re the comment and assumption the food wouldn't be cold is wrong- it was plated and not piping hot so was cooling? and as agreed you cannot reheat. Its wrong to state this. There are too many reviews re cold food to not accept any delays would not result in food being cooler. You are the only bus I've dealt with who makes people wait whilst checking please be more discreet. I understand but you knew the items were missing but chose to treat me like that. Its done but asdiscussed please consider the approach. im a customer who paid and who selected you . Thank you again."

"The food is LOVELY but 3 stars because iv ordered from here twice n order has been wrong, 1st time no slush came with order and this 2nd order was all wrong apart from 1 sandwich, also asked for really well done bacon and it could have still run from pan :("
