"I went to this store with the intention of looking and trying on suits. I literally just wanted 10 mins to look at the options myself but got hassled non stop. Very pushy sales men and slightly annoying. Long story short I walked out with a suit which I paid £315 for (not bad). I did not get a itemised receipt for the items but just a credit card receipt for which I found strange. Literally 50 yards further up is moss bros, I had a browse in there and found a suit that I liked the look of even more. I started having second thoughts when I got home so I decided to take the suit back the next day only to be told they do not accept refunds. Not once was I told that any items of clothing in that shop were non refundable but instead I was told I have to keep the suit, swap it for another or take a credit receipt. I’ve been given a hand written “credit receipt” which is allowed to be used within a year. A bit of a joke to be honest. I’d never shop there again."
