"Ordered on 27th Nov, money taken but no confirmation email and still no item. Emailed a fortnight ago - no response. Used contact form a week ago - no response. DM’d 4 days ago - no response. Tried to phone 20 times - no response. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

I was to quick to write a negative review as it had nothing to do with the Boutique and everything to do with the couriers. Anyway, Julie got to the bottom of it and was really kind and helpful. The customer service was 5 stars."

( as stated on your website, this is how long it will take ) when it came to posting my order to me you was out of stock on one of the items so you called me and we agreed a refund. She was very nice and asked me to return the product and they will refund me immediately. I will do this tomorrow. Cannot contact these people. I ordered a dress online which was processed almost immediately (of course they wanted the money). I have emailed them to say I loved the style but not the very cheap material. I have tried calling and leaving messages but nobody gets back to me!!!!! Do not deal with these people. They are quick to take your money but not to contact you when there is a problem. DO NOT USE THEM. WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS"
