"Great bubble tea. Although I once asked for a Vanilla Milk Tea without the tea in and was given it with tea in. When I told them this, I was told they don’t make it without tea even though I asked for it not to have tea in before I had paid. They now have self service alongside staff taking orders which is great and will speed up the queue during busy times."
"really nice bubble tea shop, tastes amazing but so so understaffed, people queuing having to wait half an hour for a drink lol because there’s only 1 person working in front. This is really bad management and should be sorted out because if i was in that position i would be very stressed working there. Also if they have one thing you want the chances are they won’t have the tea available to go with it which is disappointing"
