"Extremely poor customer service! I'm extremely upset with Wallis's customer service. I ordered a pair of boots during the Black Friday sale at a discounted price of £60 on 25th November. I then receive an email on 28th November stating the boots are no longer in stock and a refund will be issued. Your website showed that the same boots in the same colour and same size were available and in stock. I contacted your customer service via WhatsApp and they confirmed that the boots are definitely in stock in all 3 colours and in the size I ordered. I then asked for the boots to be ordered at the same price I paid on 25th November and was refused! The current price of the boots are now £96. This clearly was an issue on your end so why should your customer be at fault!! You would now like me to pay £35 more for your error which is simply ridiculous. I've purchased Wallis products in the shops so thought I would continue online but unfortunately with this situation I will not be shopping at Wallis again."
