"The food arrived cold, the order wasn’t what we had asked for and when calling to complain the staff were extremely rude. Denying the food was cold, wouldn’t accept responsibility or give an apology making the phone call extremely stressful, causing an unnecessary argument. Wouldn't mind but we only live 1.3 miles away, took 1 hour 35 minutes to come!"

"The delivery was twice as long as they first told me. The food was greasy and disgusting, probably worst pizzas I've ever had. When I called after ordering they wouldn't answer my call. Never in my life have I felt the need to brush my teeth to get rid of the taste of my food...tonight was a first. I wouldn't feed this food to an animal"
