"Arrived last night at just after 9.30pm, to be told that they were closed but would be serving again in 15-20 minutes. So we sat down, waited as the two female staff played on their phones, took a cage of rubbish out, came back for the till drawer and came back a few minutes later, before hanging around logging the till back on. A male member of staff then took over. Half an hour later we were able to get a drink. Really not acceptable service in view of the premium price."

"Customer service here is dreadful. I asked about Friday cake deal, but I didn't qualify as I don't have the app. I then asked for a regular latte and hot chocolate, to only be charged for one drink, I asked was that for 2 drinks and was snapped at and she rolled her eyes at me. I was then charged for large drinks when I had asked for regulars. Rude and unhelpful, I just felt ripped off."

"Just been to this costa and asked for a chocolate frappe to be rudely told it gets turned off at 8pm and no ice drinks at 10:45pm. Got a very much can’t be arsed attitude from staff member… went last week for the same drink and got served fine at 10:15pm"
