"SHOCKING!!!!! Had to phone the police as I was threatened with a hammer when I tried to take a disposable vape back, never been treated like that by anyone, let alone from someone in a shop!! Threatened with a hammer for £10!!! By a shop keeper!!"

"Shockingly poor aftersales. Just went back to the shop with a defective voopoo aspire x - screws becoming loose and product not working. The shop assistant said that it happens 1in 100 of products and told me to sort the problem with superglue and a screwdriver. I said that shouldn’t be up to a customer to sort and I wanted to give it back. He suggested that I take it up with the manufacturer and then barred me and threatened to call the police. Still not sure why - I was calm and courteous throughout, unlike the shop assistant I would like to be contacted by the franchise owner please as this is an unacceptable way to treat a customer."

"Had a faulty pod from Xros mini, he gave me a new pod free of cost. On top of this, as I had a full tank of liquid in there, he also gave me a full new bottle of the same one. Top customer service. Highly recommend this shop, cheap prices and great staff"
