"The older guy in this shop thinks he can speak to anyone like they are nothing on this earth You know who I feel sorry for is his family because if that's the way he speaks to his customer what about his family let's just hope to God he ain't got one and I know it's looks harsh what I am writing but he has got under my skin that much you get more respect from a stray cat and I will go back into the shop to be the bigger man I will put an official complaint into the Trafford council because he can not work in a shop again he said if I didn't rip the paper off the machine he would cancel my parcel"

"I always use this shop when I needed to return my Amazon parcels as I prefer printing my labels at the store. I just need to scan my barcode and the touch screen machine printed out the labels for me. I’ll then sticked the return labels on my parcels and the person at the tills scanned a barcode on a small leaflet for me to keep with a reference number. I put the parcels at the back of the shop in a bag to be collected by the delivery driver. The opening hours are long."

"Awful experience. Older gentleman is so rude and nasty. Do not take parcels here, he acts like although being paid for working with Hermes/Evri that you are in his way. Avoid, worst experience!"
