"You know the brand. You know they're expensive, but they last for years, literally. I've been in this store a couple of times. Once to pick up a voucher, and then again to buy some shoes. Both times, the staff were so helpful without being over the top. They clearly know the product and are fans of it, too. Just could do with being a slightly bigger store."
