"The worst shop I have ever been to out of the franchise. Some of the staff are rude and clearly need re training but this pales in comparison to the attitude of the managers that run the shop. A young "Lady" with dark hair who should not be given the responsibility of cleaning toilets is meant to be supporting her staff and courtious to customers but is disinterested, rude and passive aggressive even whilst dealing with a simple exchange. I am not the only person who has had problems with this store and can see why it's never busy!"
