I was reluctant to buy her suggestion of a DLX coat but how wrong was I so I went back yesterday and brought two more coats just because she was right with the first one. She’s brilliant, patient and so knowledgeable about her products."

"I am appalled by how I’ve been treated/spoken to in store today. I took a pair of boots back for a refund. Everything was in date and the boots hadn’t been worn. I was given the refund but was spoken to by the manager in an incredibly abrupt manner. She was rude and I won’t be visiting again. I was made to feel like I had done something wrong by asking for a refund. Once I had shown that the receipt was in date and the boots hadn’t been worn the manager then got on the phone to talk about about my refund while I was standing in front of her. Total shame as I like the products and the floor staff are usually very helpful. After reading previous reviews before posting, the manager has been mentioned previously about her tone and attitude towards customers. Further training and support is required here."
