"I visited to purchase a Scart lead for my TV/DVD player and the two chaps serving each took a sharp intake of breath and said: "scart lead". In fact I think one of them said it twice. So, that was three scart leads. I felt as if I'd asked for the impossible. In fairness, I did not realise that scart leads are not as widely used these days compared to several years ago and so I was indeed asking for something fairly unusual. One of the men headed off into the back and re-appeared just a few minutes later with a scart lead which he had "found". He gave it to me with the shop's compliments. I am extremely grateful and the staff deserve praise - this is service above and beyond what I am used to receiving these days and is a credit to the business. This is not a signal for everyone to expect something for nothing from this gem of a business, but it is a refreshing change to experience this level of service."
