"Went in for some thermal base layers, the very polite staff members showed me what products were on offer, made recommendations based on what they had used and were wearing at the time. I was also allowed to inspect the products before purchase to see which I would prefer. There were a few options with a massive variance in price and the staff made suggestions to suit my need and budget, not to sell expensive products. I was very pleased with the excellent level of courtesy and care shown to me."
