"It's a horrible experience when I go there, a Karen staff that every time comes up with new rules, today she sent her colleague to tell me that my husband who works for next and was with me at a till, that he needs to accompany me all the time inside the shop that because only he went to answer the phone outside the shop. Really don't get it ,other day another one asked my husband to not bring my daughter again cause it was noisy for her .really rubbish service they need proper training on customer service"
