"Made an appointment for 7pm arrived 1 waiting since 6pm 4 on the the front chairs, 2 working think they taking on more than they can deal with, know christmas is busy but don't give an appointment if you can't keep to time scale, 5 to 10 mins delay is reasonable but think i would bexwaiting far longer than an hour or sosorry thats absurd"

"My experience at this place was awful, very rude with me especially the woman called “Julie”, she was even rude with her own staff very bossy and not polite at all. she is very moody and didnt even talk to me they didn’t treat me well, they look at you as money, the job was awful, they just focus on speed and not quality, they just wanted me out of the chair for the next customer to sit. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. 1 out of 10 shame on you!"
