"Blonde girl at the till (3/1/23 @ 16:20) was rude when my partner asked to try on a item. There was a security tag on it that prevented from trying item on so my partner asked if it was possible to take it off to try it on and she would stay at the till for security reasons but the girl wouldnt help and was rather rude about it."

"Placed an online order click and collect of 2 mens shirt total £142 on 24th August. So now it’s 1st of September and I thought I’d get intouch with Facebook customer service about my order. I gave them my details then they confirm my order arrived on the 28th August and it’s ready to be collected. However I didn’t get no notification that it arrived. This is bad customer service. This has happened many times to my family members too! I will no longer be shopping at size no more."
