"I signed up for the Bronze Subscription Package and went for my Haircut in my allotted slot. I rung 4 times and there was no answer, I walked around the whole building and the place was not there. Now £35 down!"

"Not happy with how my man has arrived home to me with this trim? I want to know why I can see his scalp, why the front left is a different angle to front right? This man did nothing completely wrong, but did absolutely nothing right. Booking in with the main guy to do the trim should result in the main guy doing the trim rather than someone who is still training and learning."
