"Absolutely disappointed about the way they deal with customer. I had booked appointment at 4:30pm but when arrived there due to there busy the lady told me the appointment is not available, can change another date. What kind of waste my time. Firstly, they confirm with me the appointment time, but they rushed to cut off the line without ask the customer name. So this is their mistake. They should not play with the customer and waste my time . Moreover, it makes my child feels really disappointed and upset, dissatisfied their service."

"Friendly staff with great haircuts. Never had a bad one. Iman did my haircut this time and it is outstanding, recommend him and he was working on his birthday poor guy. Plus the whole thing felt covid safe and you can book through the booksy app and no waiting when you get there. Totally recommend the place. Thanks hairlines and Iman"
