"Dreadful. How about you actually do what I asked for, rather than what you think I want or what you think I should want? Yes, I came in with curly hair that I wanted cutting short. I didn't want it leaving longer on top, fluffing up and annihilated with hairspray before I even got a chance to stop you. Don't ever put product in without asking first."

"I had a good haircut (by the young guy with brown hair), but the customer service was awful and it's overpriced for what it is 1. manager (short blonde lady) was very grumpy 2. the tall guy with black hair was blaring his videos so loudly that it totally ruined the experience 3. it's £12 which is overpriced for the area (average is £8); I was gonna get my beard trimmed and shaped but it was very pricey for what it was I won't be returning here again."
