"Attended 12 mins late and was refused my booking. Previously I have been made to wait for upto 30 mins and if I’m truthful I’m never seen on time. I’ve also turned up and the person I’m booked with hasn’t been able to cut my hair. Very disappointed. Won’t be returning."

"They have hand sanitiser and face masks available at the entrance. I was also offered the choice of a disposable gown. The lady that cut my hair was extremely polite and cut it exactly as I requested. I can see why she has previous clients coming from as far as London."
