"I’ve been going to RMS for around the past 12 months. Billy gets it spot on every time. Explain what your wanting beforehand and he gets it done. Very fairly priced (probably underpriced if I’m being totally honest). Decent group of lads. Would definitely recommend."

"Disgusting customer service. Took my 3 toddlers to hair their first cut. Website says walkins now available all day. They wasn't busy and yet told me appointment only when I pointed out the website message the man became loud and confrontational. Very unprofessional and certainly not acceptable infront too 3 young children. 1 of which has additional needs."

"Went for a haircut, from really long to short, and although I do understand that I did not fully comprehend what I was booked in for - a skin fade - I do feel that as it was such a drastic change the barber should have explained to me what to expect from this service and advised me what other options I had (as in how short a no.1 or no.2 would be before cutting it). As a a female with little knowledge of barber cuts it would have been very helpful to have had them explained to me so that I was more aware that what I had booked in for was not at all what I wanted. As I didn't realise that the fade would be so severe looking. I hope the barber in light of this would think of fully explaining the difference in the severity of these cuts so that future customers especially girls won't be as shocked and have the outcome that they wanted/asked for. A little explanation can go a long way."

"Best haircut I've had in years. I needed a full restyle. After 3 bad haircuts in a row I let my hair grow out to almost shoulder length. Matt did an amazing job giving me exactly the style I wanted. It's the only barbers I'll be going to from now on."
