"I unfortunately didn’t get very far with this salon. I booked online, however the stylist refused to colour my hair when I attended the appointment. I understood his reason for this, and respected the fact he explained why it was a more complex service than I’d originally thought. He kindly trimmed my fringe and took cuttings of my hair to try and colour and let me know what we would be able to achieve realistically. After being dealt with so honestly I was excited for him to call and finally get my mess of a hair sorted! However he never called back. Disappointing really."
