"Booked for mobile bridal hair in 2020. Had to postpone due to covid, informed Jason of the date change. Now states he is salon based so is unable to come to the house. Explained I am a breastfeeding mum and have children so I am unable to come to a salon the morning of my wedding. Jason is now refusing to refund my money as I originally paid in full. He is keeping 50% for my deposit even though he is refusing to come to the house as arranged."
