"Eyebrow microblading, I WOULDN'T IF I WERE YOU ! Completely miss shaped my brows, I even had to make alteration drawings myself after the procedure to try fix the shape. When she did the template drawings, I told her that I couldn’t see the shape that well, as the pencil line was too thick. She told me not to look at the pencil line on the outside as it’s the inside that she applied the ink and she assured me it will be fine. As I’ve never had this done before and was totally inexperienced, I put my trust in her thinking she knew what she was doing. What a big miss judgement I’d made. One eyebrow on the procedure was done much higher then the other! They were too high and too curved. One was also longer then the other. I asked for an arch but with a staight brow. I expressed how I felt on the procedure and said I wasn’t happy with the shape at all. You pay cheap and you get cheap results! Just a warning for you but it’s up to you if you want to try your luck. She kept reminding me that her other clients were very happy, but each case is different and unfortunately in my case the procedure wasn’t done right. I couldn’t even go for my top up to try and alter the shape as they were that high and curved on my forehead!! My face looks a mess, I’ve spent most of my time since having them done trying to hide parts of my brows with concealer and worrying about them. It’s been awful. She told me she could alter the shape on my top up within 4 weeks of the procedure which at the time made me feel a little more comfortable, so I wrote that she made me feel comfortable on the feedback form I had to complete on the day (on the understanding she could alter the shape in 4 weeks time) Oh no, that wasn’t the case at all ! When going to book my top up, she said she moved to a new salon, which for me was at least half an hour drive there and half an hour back. I asked if I could go to her home where I initially had them done as per the advertisement on Groupon, but she said no. I told her I couldn’t make it to the new salon as it was a inconvenience for me to get to and back and I work full time further away but she wasn’t helpful at all. I told her again how unhappy I was with them and they really needed fixing but she didn’t seem bothered. When I told her that she had made a mistake with my brows, she said she wasn’t taking any responsibility and it was my fault!!! She’s now blocked my number so I can’t contact her. Extremely unprofessional. I’ve had the worst experience ever and I’m so disappointed and upset. She’ll probably read this review and say she doesn’t know who I am like she did on her other bad review from someone else, but she certainly knows who I am as she’s messed up my face. I didn’t want to go down this route but I’m so so angry and upset. Response to the owners comments: YOU'VE MESSED MY FACE UP !!! I want compensation plus a refund of what I paid you. Please don't come back with youR excuses, one eyebrow was done much higher then the other on the procedure and one longer then the other, therefore how can this be a fading process ?? I will be raising a complaint with groupon and other authorities. As for the feedback I left you on the day, please read my original review. I have stated you made me feel comfortable as you said you can reshape them on the top up. I have text messages to prove this. Coming back and arguing with your customers even though you have messed up ?! If it was me, i'll be so embarrassed and apologetic. I'm not getting into any further conflict, I shall be taking this further."

"100% recommend Charleen for any sort of treatment! Had my eyebrows microbladed by her and several top ups and I LOVE the results!!! Also had waxing done by Charleen and my partner had also had his eyebrows waxed by her. The house and beauty room are clean, tidy and very professionally laid out. Studio of Cosmetics Ltd would have 5*’s if it wasn’t for fake reviews being posted below!!! Keep it up Charleen you’re doing amazing!!! X"
