"My girlfriend has just come home after her appointment and cried her eyes out. I have to admit, when I saw her hair I was in shock. The “balayage” she’s had done is absolutely awful! Not the colour she asked for and so streaky/patchy! It honestly looks horrendous. It’s that bad she doesn’t trust them to fix it, so we’re about to go to Tesco to buy some dye and dye it back to her natural colour."
