"Will blacklist you with no explanation or reason whatsoever. Had plenty of deliveries via Uber Eats with no problem, then all of a sudden they start getting cancelled. After the third or fourth time this happened, I called to ask why and was told that my address was blacklisted. I asked why any was told it was "because something happened. I don't remember". This is rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. There is absolutely no reason for me to be blacklisted, there has never been an issue or incident. If there had been, why would I have continued to try to order from there?! Also, if "something happened", why is there no record of it to allow them to let me know what I have - allegedly - done wrong. He just said that there are plenty of other takeaways, but China Dove was always my favourite, so he is clearly happy to lose business over something he doesn't even remember."

"I ordered through just eat the restaurant is only 3 miles away. It came to £22.30 which included £2.50 delivery fee and 50p service charge. The restaurant called me to say they need to charge me another £1.50 to deliver it I refused and my order was cancelled. Daylight robbery. For the principle I will never use china dove again."

"Only giving them a one star as I can’t provide a 0 rating. There customer service is appalling. I have used their take away service for the past 10 yrs and I’m appalled at the way in which I was treated by the driver and employee over the phone. I will NEVER be ordering food from them again."

"This was the 2nd time we used the China Dove first time not too bad this time awful. Waited 2hrs food cold half the order missing. Called restaurant chef said I could have 20% off another order which I refused all I wanted was the other half of the order after an argument they reluctantly delivered it. The female staff were very polite and helpful. The Chef and Co are rude and arrogant. Will never use them again. Quality of food very poor. Attitude worse."
