"I genuinely don’t believe what the woman has done to my hair.. I asked for a small trim and she cut my hair off completely. I have curly hair and understand it needs to be handled differently but she was so aggressive when washing and blow drying. I never go to the hairdressers that often. But this has put me off forever. I literally woke up today feeling sick about the state she has left my hair in. Please avoid this place at all costs."
