"I dyed and trimmed my hair in there. On the day, the hairdresser nicely styled my hair, however, only when I washed it, I saw that my hair is super uneven and choppy. Haircut took only couple of minutes! Even one of my coworkers asked who messed it up so badly! I complained the salon 5 days ago but they are ignoring me. I don't recommend this place. Edit: I ended up going to another hairdresser. She couldn't have believed that this haircut was done by another hairdresser. You never bothered to respond to my messages, horrible service."

"My haircut was very wonky, I had to go to a new hairdresser the next day as I was so upset with it. I have contacted the salon multiple times for a refund, they agreed to this over 3 months ago but I am yet to receive it and they are now not responding to my messages"
