"You have totally wasted my time this morning saying that the shop wasn't busy and when I arrived 10 minute's later there were 4 people waiting to be dealt with. You've just lost a regular customer by being so disingenuous. Not great customer service at all."

Apart from this, the lady who did my nails was very friendly, they looked good, and the price was very reasonable."
