"Good luck!!! 1hour and 34 minutes later after being told they don't have enough delivery drivers but our food had been kept warm for more than 30 minutes? We declined delivery and ordered from somewhere else, first time order, never again!!"

"The customer service was great, no problems, but the food was utterly disappointing, 2/3 of the meal was thrown away, we had to find something else in the house to eat to compensate for an empty stomach. Worst Chinese takeaway food I have eaten food from. 1) Rice and noodles came boxed in the foam containers that you'd usually have a kebab in, as a result, they were just about warm. 2) Special Fried Rice - Tasteless. 3) Tom Yum Rice Nodles - Doesn't look or taste like any Tom Yum Rice Noodles I hae had my entire life. Eew. Looked more like Stir Fried Rice Noodles with a splash of soy sauce. It didn't even contain any of the usual ingredients. 4) Salted Pepper Squid - Not only was it deep fried in dirty, stale oil, it was over-cooked too which made the batter hard to bite into, let alone get any decent soft bits of squid to eat. 5) Beef with Ginger and Spring Onion - Hard chewy bits of cardboard. 6) Curry Fried Crispy Mini Samosas - Bland. Tastes cheap like ones you'd buy in bulk from cash and carry. Suffice to say, we will never eat from here again."

"i called to place order to be delivered , 5.40pm to chequers lane RM9 6QD, the order was taken and told delivery will be 30 minutes, when 1 hour passed i called to see where it was, i was told he was stuck in a tailback , (bearing in mind the china house is only 1 mile away) and he would be here asap. when 1 more hour passed i called them again to be told the Driver has cancelled the order and cannot deliver . when told this the girl on phone said she would get the Driver to call me when he got back , hasten to add I am still awaiting the call. Places like this are not worthy to have business and i am that annoyed about it , i will be placing this complaint into the good eating guide as well as the evening gazette. Absolutely disgusting service..............................."
