"Placed an order and they forgot about it. I called an hour after it was due and they said another 30 mins. I asked if she even placed my order and she then abruptly said "OK I'll cancel your order" and put the phone down. Demented."
"Relatively new to this place. Lady at the desk is pleasant and chatty. Good dumplings options and chicken & sweetcorn soup is nice. Credit card machine is thick with dust and grime, which makes you question whether or they have the same attitude to cleanliness in the kitchen, which is a bit off-putting. Furniture for customer to sit on in grimey and worn, so I would avoid using that at all costs. I would give the food 5 starts but the cleanliness 1 star."
"Tried this place for the first time recently after hearing about it for so long. It's actually replaced my usual favourite! The salt and pepper squid and prawns are amazing and the portions are bigger than my usual place. Definitely swapping to this place now!"
"Waited nearly 2 hours for order, then Lotus cancelled our order for no reason and no explanation, they had charged us already and then charged us again for no reason. No explanation or communication. Disgusting service. Do not order from here! Never delivered!!!and charged twice!!! Awful!!!"
"I have ordered a few times now. I've never read the bad reviews until today when I thought I'd write a review myself and am quite shocked they are there. This is my go to chinese takeaway. Have even had our friends compliment the food at takeaway nights. I will definitely continue using this resteraunt."
