"Took my 1 and a half year old daughter in to buy new shoes, and after she went to say “hello” to the 1 other child in the shop, I was told by the women who works there “we’re trying to keep families separate, please keep her on that side of the shop”. Made buying shoes extremely stressful, trying to hold onto my daughter for the duration to make sure she didn’t cross over to the “other families” side. Not a relaxing or welcoming atmosphere so sadly won’t be going back or recommending."
