"Poor service, we waited one and a half hours for our food despite being told to wait 45-60 minutes. After an hour we called to check the progress of the order and the woman on the phone was rude, sarcastic and put the phone down on us. She refused to apologise for her rubbish attitude and replied with more sarcasm. It seems that since the pandemic this establishment has lost its quality for good food and good service."
"Ordered via Uber eats... It was nice, not amazing but nice. Everything was hot and tasted fine. My gf commented that the salt and pepper squid would have been better if it was made using fresh chilli rather than dried. Not sure I would order again from Choo but if it's your first time...give it a go."
