He is so approachable and you never feel rushed. I would highly recommend using his services."

"Thank goodness this isn’t my regular dental practice!!! On two occasions I’ve rang to check an appt is still going ahead for that week for my daughter’s orthodontic treatment only to find out it’s been cancelled without notice. I spoke with a lady named Kirsty this time who needs some basic customer service training. After that contact; if there wasn’t such a back log within the Nhs then I’d have cancelled all treatment here but that would likely mean another 24 month wait. I have numerous friends whose children have attended other orthodontists in the area and have sailed through treatment without any problems. If you receive this dental practice for your child’s treatment, I STRONGLY advise you request a change of practice so you don’t spend your time chasing appts and treatment!"
